I am a new customer, and very pleased with the services I signed up for. I have 8 sites that I own and I was having some trouble with my current host so I decided to try TSIWeb. I did not realize TSIWeb even existed until a friend of mine told me about them. I am so pleases with the service and quality of your hosting that I am moving my other 7 sites to you. EVERY Web host pretty much offers about the same you do, but for the price you offer and service you provide there is no comparison. I will refer every one I know to you.

I just wanted to write and say that I had a small problem with a perl script the other day and could not figure out why it was not working. I figured that maybe there was something wrong with the server or something that you guys did. I was embarrassed to find out that my partner had uploaded a bad script while making changes to our site.

I am a former Verio customer and at first was a bit weary about switching over to TSIWeb.com web hosting. My friend Sarah convinced me to give you a try considering you were cheaper than Verio and gave a lot more than they did. Well, to make a long story short, when I quit Verio I did not know that I had to re upload my site to TSIWeb, I thought the site was moved automatically. I did not know the first thing about how to move my site. When I talked to Greg in Tech Support at TSIWeb, he told me not to worry and that he would take care of everything. I gave him my Verio User Name and Password and within 4 hours my site was back up and functioning as it did before and even a bit faster.

Outstanding service and speed. I am very impressed and will tell everyone about you.
